- Overall responsibility for operational manufacturing, including delivery performance, quality, occupational safety, and cost management
- Process structuring and optimization of manufacturing processes, as well as continuous improvement of production workflows (Lean Management, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
- Ensuring the on-time delivery of components and assemblies for the aerospace industry
- Ensuring a smooth production process in accordance with aerospace-specific regulations, standards, and quality requirements
- Responsibility for ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in production
- Leading, motivating, and developing employees and foremen
- Capacity and resource planning, including the allocation of personnel, machinery, and materials

- Working closely with the departments of Production Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, and Project Management

How you convince us:
- A successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- Alternatively, a completed technical vocational training program with further training to become a master craftsman, technician, or industrial foreman in a relevant field
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in manufacturing, ideally in the aerospace, automotive, or highly regulated industries
- Comprehensive knowledge of fiber-reinforced composites or a comparable field
- “hands-on” approach
- In-depth knowledge of production planning, production control, and lean management methods
- Experience with quality management systems, preferably EN 9100, ISO 9001, or comparable standards
- Assertive and empathetic leadership style
- Structured, analytical, and methodical approach to work with a strong focus on processes

- Good written and spoken German and English skills
