Your tasks:

You serve as the link between Purchasing, Production, and Sales, bringing everyone together.
You coordinate the supply of materials for after-sales service and ensure that everything is available on time
You create production orders and monitor their progress
You prepare shipping documents and ensure that goods leave our facility at the right time
In the event of complaints, schedule deviations, or escalations, you keep a cool head and find solutions
You assist with the procurement of mechanical and electrical components
You maintain purchasing, supplier, and master data in the ERP system
Using analyses and key performance indicators for delivery performance, you create transparency and actively drive improvement projects forward

A basic technical education and further training in purchasing, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
Experience in customer service, purchasing, or order processing
Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office
Good written and spoken English skills
A keen sense of customer needs and a passion for communication
A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
Even when things get hectic, you stay calm. You articulate your point of view persuasively and enjoy working with a wide variety of people
